1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of economicmedia.com (the “Site”), operated by Economic Media LLC (“Economic Media,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Who the Site is for

The Site describes our marketing services for financial publishers and companies raising capital. It is intended for businesses considering our services and is not directed to investors or consumers. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site.

3. Our services and engagements

The Site describes our services for informational purposes only. It is not an offer to provide services on any particular terms. Any engagement with Economic Media is governed solely by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, and that agreement controls over anything on the Site.

4. No investment advice or securities offering

Economic Media LLC is not registered with the SEC, FINRA, or any state securities regulator as a broker-dealer, funding portal, or investment adviser. Nothing on the Site is investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, a recommendation, or an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security. Company names, logos, offering examples, and case studies are shown to describe our services and past work and are not offers, recommendations, or endorsements. Interface previews and sample dashboards are illustrative. Campaign results reflect past campaigns, vary by campaign, and do not guarantee future results.

5. Information you submit

If you contact us through the Site, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to share it. Please do not submit confidential or proprietary information through the Site. Submitting information does not create a confidential relationship or any obligation on our part unless we agree otherwise in a signed writing. The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, designs, and software, are owned by Economic Media or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. 10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Economic Media and its members, managers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Site will not exceed $100. These limits do not apply to any separate written agreement between you and Economic Media, which is governed by its own terms.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Economic Media and its members, managers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the updated version on the Site and changing the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

14. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Economic Media regarding the Site.
